Humanity's Ultimate Goal?

The imagination is one of the greatest gifts that we have. This gift has enabled us to produce the world that we live in. Everything that we build, write, and create is first produced in our minds. We form images of what we want to build, even before we start building it. We go through the steps one by one in our heads. This means that the world around us is a product of our imagination. The big cities, our homes, cars, airplanes, and everything else we create, was first imagined in our minds, both individually and collectively. Where would we be without our imagination? We would still be living in caves and swinging from trees. What is our goal now? What greatness can we imagine for ourselves? What is the ultimate goal that we as human beings want to achieve? Does humanity have a goal or are we just running around this planet living out our little lives without purpose or reason? I have heard it said that it doesn't matter where you came from, but it is where you are going that is the important thing. Where are we going? Are we going to hell in a hand basket? Is this our ultimate unchangeable destiny? Are we going to destroy ourselves and our planet? Are we doomed or can we achieve greatness with our great gift of imagination? Can we use this God given gift to conquer our diseases? And I mean of them: political, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and any other disease you can think of. Do we have it in us to turn this world into a Utopia, a heaven on Earth, or are going to turn this into a hell on Earth. What is our goal as a race? Will we ever be able to come together in the common bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood? Can the great minds of our day ever sit down at one table and discuss a goal for humanity? I have never had this question answered for me, what is humanity's goal? Do we even have a say in it? Or has God reserved this privilege for himself? Maybe, we are dealt a hand and we have to play it out.
What is humanity's goal?

Dream People

Dreams have always interested me. When we are dreaming and we have a conversation, just who are we really talking to? Is this image just a creation of our own my mind or is this image an outside force trying to communicate something grand to us. If we admit that the image is a product of our own mind, then we spend a lot of time talking to ourselves. If that's true, ninety percent of the world's population is fucked up. If we admit that the image is an outside force trying to communicate to us, then we open up a bigger can of worms. Is this force good or evil? Does it have our best interests at its heart? Where is the force? Is it of God or Satan? Maybe, both? Maybe, neither. It could be an alien being from another planet. It could a superior race of people inhabiting an unknown part of our own world. Maybe, we unknowingly communicate with each other in the dream state. Now, if that's true that really opens up a can of worms. That would mean that if we dreamt that we were having a fight with someone, we really are having a fight with someone. If we dreamt that we had sex with someone then we would really be having sex with someone. Just think how hard it is to maintain relationships in this reality, now, we have the dream people to worry about too. But, if the dream people are just products of our own minds, it is still a messed up world.
